After the Hunger-buster, and a 90 minute drive to Arlington, Texas, a friend wanted to go to Los Pastores Mexican Food in Arlington and eat breakfast. I wanted to do anything but eat! You can't tell a friend no. This Mexican omelet was really good (and hot!).  The 500 ml Mexican Coke was great with this spicy meal.
