Last Day Of Framing

One more day to get this little house framed! One more trip to Lowe's for the framing! It got a little windy in East Texas tonight, so I put braces on it. Since this is a beach house, I played Beach Boys today. Daisey thinks this is her new pad, but I told her she could not afford it. Kokomo does not care, she just wants her groceries at sundown!

Starting The Framing

These little houses are fun to build. The short walls seem so small, then when you add the steep roof, they seem like big houses. I stuck the Gulf sign in the gable just for fun as it was getting dark. Check back tomorrow to see the structure up. I which I could keep all of these houses here, but they have to go to their new homes.

Starting Brecken And Emma's Playhouse

We are excited about getting this little beach house built for these kiddos (and mom). This load is for the framing. We will cut everything, prefab it, deliver it 80 miles, and put it together. Check in and watch this little project. It is going to be lots of fun!

Starting The Next Little Dream

Excitement is building for Amber, Brecken, and Emma! After much talking, emailing, waiting for HOA approval, we finally got to meet Brecken and Emma, and see the future sight of their "Little House". We don't have a name for it yet, but Brecken has decided he wants an "Ocean Animal Theme". They have already started buying their cool pictures to enjoy! Like "Kensington Cottage" was, this is going to be fun to build. Construction begins this week, so check in now and then.
