THE PATIO COVER PROJECT IS CLOSE TO BEING FINISHED

New trim around the new windows, paint, and tile floor will make this new outdoor living space very nice.

WITH FRESH PAINT, NEW GLASS, NEW GLASS AND HARDWARE, THIS OLD DOOR WILL LOOK GREAT

This door has been stripped and is ready to restore. A nice $15.00 find at Capitol Antiques in Canton, Texas.

A LITTLE BREAKFAST TABLE FOR A SMALL SPACE

Scrap wood left over from a construction job works great for small projects. This little table is a standard 30 inches tall by 40 inches wide. It will make a nice breakfast table for a small area.

IT'S TIME TO TAKE THIS ARBOR DOWN AND REPLACE IT WITH A COVER

This cedar arbor was built 11 years ago. It is starting to rot at the ends and around the screws. The new cover will be nice to protect everything from the weather.
The overhang will be removed to get the ceiling up to 8 feet.
The roof pitch is limited to the skylights on the existing roof. It can only be a torch-down roof.
The old arbor is gone and this space is ready for a new cover
What a difference a few minutes can make. We were sitting around wondering if we could carry this beam to the backyard. By the time R.E. Sweeney Lumber in Fort Worth arrived with the beams, we had plenty of help.
This is really a great way to get a  22 ft. laminated beam from the street to the backyard.

Sorry Daisy, This Is Not Your Table

This table project has been going on so long that Daisy thinks that it is her table.

First Bracket Made From This NSU Prinz Trunk Lid

The patina from the engine fire, rust, and faded red paint make this metal fun to work with.

The Metal Corners Are On The Table

The burned metal from the 1957 NSU Prinz worked out great for this little table.
